Returns

If you receive your item and we have used the incorrect fabric or there is a fault with the item please notify us straight away (within 7 days of receiving the item) and we will be happy for you to return for a full refund.  If we find the goods have been used you will not receive a refund.  

We will NOT offer a refund for items that have faded due to incorrect washing or general wear & tear.  All these fabrics are digitally printed and some fading is typical for the fabrics when cleaning.  It is the excess dye used when screen printing onto these fabrics.  Follow our washing instructions for best results.
