If you receive your item and we have used the incorrect fabric or there is a fault with  the item please notify us straight away (within 7 days of receiving the item) and we will be happy to fix or return/refund your money.  We will not accept items that have been used.  We will not accept refunds or returns after the 7 days of receiving your item.  If we believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange, the goods must be sent to us within 5 days.  If we find the goods have been used you will not receive a refund.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We will NOT offer a refund for items that have faded due to washing or general wear & tear.  All these fabrics are screen printed and some fading is typical for the fabrics when cleaning.  It is the excess dye used when screen printing onto these fabrics.  Follow our washing instructions for best results.
